Seeing requests for a shutdown list. The requirements do the opposite. Can someone confirm those four stay on?

Yes. HVCI, Core Isolation, TPM, Secure Boot: listed as on. This thread is not a set of steps for turning them off.

A loader file from anywhere except the order is not the file the product page is talking about. Do not grab a "fixer" from a chat.

If some other tool blocks the file, write to support with the order id and name the tool. Put the Updates label in the same note. Updating and a blocked file are different problems.
